CORRECTION: I incorrectly say it has a 120x160 sensor, but that's the nonLT version. This has an 80x60 sensor sorry.

That being said the LT is meant to only detect up to 120C and this is showing 150C, so who knows what I actually got?! Most of my stuff is upclose though, so should work fine for me.

As far as thermal / infrared cameras go, it's good, but I think there is better out there for less. Are FLIR just coasting on their name when other products are far superior? Buy me one and find out. This gives you a good short look at the basic use case for electronics enthusiasts, but you can find all sorts of defects with it including building, mechanical and environmental!

The view of the solder reflow plate heating up here shows me that I should have used the recommended components instead of the cheaper ones, but I can probably mitigate the issue by putting a heat sink on the MOSFET that keeps overheating.
