I bought a flip house and found a locked safe in the garage. It jingles when we pick it up so the mission is to get it open and see if there is any treasure inside!

Update (from below in comments): I found the owners, returned the jewelry and documents. It was a fairly unremarkable transaction the woman sent her husband to meet me and pick everything up. He grumbled a quick "thanks" and grabbed everything and took off. Wasn't much of a story to tell unfortunately, but I'm glad they got it all back anyways.
