Flammkuchen - Tarte flambée

This is a video I made for the cooking channel of my wife. I hope you like it.

Ingredients (for 2 portions):
250g flour
125ml lukewarm water
½ tsp salt
2 tbs oil

Method
10 min kneading, until you get a smooth dough.
Let the dough rest for 1530 minutes.

Meanwhile you can prepare the topping:

Traditional Flammkuchen:
Crème fraîche (30% fat), salt, pepper
Thin sliced white onions
Bits of “speck” or smoked bacon.
After baking, decorate with chives.

Topping for vegetarian version:
Crème fraîche (30% fat), salt, pepper
Thin sliced (red) onions
Baby spinach
Feta cheese
Olive oil

You can vary with any toppings you like, as long as you keep the crème fraîcheas a base, and be generous.
Salmon, asparagus, goat cheese with honey, mushrooms, grilled vegetables, etc.

Bake in a preheated oven at the highest possible temperature (we did on 250C = 480F)
Depending on the oven, between 7 and 10 minutes.
