There are several rubber seals on a Delta Faucet. This video shows how to take the whole thing apart, replace the seals, and put it back together. We use a Danco Delta faucet repair kit. It may not be pretty but it will save you time and money. This is what it is all about. This is for a single handle tap only.
If your wash basin tap is leaking and it is a Delta you may be able t salvage it.
