Incline Dumbbell Press 4 set 12reps we use the smith machine there was no bench available
Machine Chest Press 4set x12 reps
Pec DecFlyes 3set x15 reps
Machine Shoulder Press 3set x 15 reps (super set)
BentOver Raises 3 set x 12reps
Reverse Overhead Rope Extensions 3 set x 15reps (super Set)
Rope Pressdown 3 setz 12 reps
Second Round was 30mins cardio run
