Lunati's Cam Breakin procedure:
Start engine, take to 2000RPM immediately.
For the first 20 minutes vary between 20002500RPM.
After 20 minutes, increase revs 500RPM every 60 seconds until you reach 3500RPM, then decrease 500RPM every 60 seconds down to 1000RPM

Richmond's Diff Gear Breakin procedure:
Drive 1020 miles at normal street speeds
Stop for 30 minutes or long enough to finish your beer
Repeat 34 times

Piston Ring Breakin proceedure:
Drive at varying speeds for the first 500km
Don't be afraid of compression braking to help the rings seat
Change the oil and filter
