Hey there! I'm Erin, and I want to take you through the first 24 hours with our new puppy, Honey. My husband and I breed and raise mini and medium goldendoodle puppies in our home, and after saying yes to our two girls' request for a puppy, Honey became part of our family. The first day with Honey was challenging, but also filled with so much love and excitement. We introduced Honey to our older goldendoodle, Bella, and let them run around together in a spacious outdoor area. We followed a routine of playtime, water breaks, and potty training, and I was amazed at how quickly Honey learned to go outside. We had a potty tray in her playpen as a backup, and it came in handy a couple of times. Bedtime was a little tough at first, but Honey eventually settled down and slept through the night. Despite the challenges, we're so grateful for the joy and happiness Honey has brought into our lives. With a scheduled routine and the support of our family, Honey is well on her way to becoming an amazing puppy who knows how to potty outside and sleep peacefully.
