New Year's feasts can break with tradition a bit more than Christmas and Thanksgiving. Since a full table 'sit down' meal is less likely, a fantastic take on 'little bites' can be had with a cheap pork / ham shank by livening up the outside with this pineapple and chile method of glazing.
