Fermented Cashew Cheese (Vegan)

It’s not easy to find good vegan cheese alternatives. They never really get us because they just taste too far off. Often times the main ingredient is coconut oil which isn’t that tasty when you think about it. So, our gotto is to make our own vegan cheese sauces at home from cashews. This works pretty well, it’s not the same as cheese but you get that cheesy feeling. So, Niko did some research and got deeper into the world and art of vegan cheese making. We now want share with you his favorite cashew cheese recipe which takes a few days but is super easy to make and, in the end, you get a sliceable vegan fermented cashew cheese.

Ingredients:
150g raw cashews
3 probiotic capsules
1/2 clove of garlic
15g nutritional yeast
1/4tsp salt
some cracked peppercorns
