This is a case where the judge felt the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) lawsuit was not drafted properly and so gave the consumer/plaintiff a chance to draft/write it again.
We look at what the judge did and at the end I offer some suggestions on dispute letters and how those can help make the writing of the lawsuit easier and more effective.
