Retired federal agent arrested while on assignment investigating child trafficking by Nevada public officials.

April 22nd, 2022 Deputy Torres of the Carson City Sheriff's Office (Special Enforcement Team/TriCounty Regional Gang Unit) unlawfully stopped and arrested a DOD Official on the grounds of "Police Impersonation," without first establishing "Probable Cause," and in result of the driver's vehicle having Red/Blue emergency lighting on his unmarked Ford Police Interceptor.

After first detaining the subject and conducting an incidental search of his persons because the vehicle had Red/Blue lights which were not "displaying," Torres retrieved an FBI Special Agent badge from the driver's front pocket, which led to a complete search of the driver's vehicle without first obtaining a warrant (4th Amendment violation).

The initial reason for the traffic stop was due to an NCIC (National Crime Information Center) vehicle records check returning the license plate as having a "block," which is a common law enforcement NCIC records inquiry response for government vehicles.

In the State of Nevada, federal agents are not "police officers," or "peace officers," per the Nevada Revised Statute (NRS), as they are not Nevada POST (Nevada Commission on Peace Officer Standards & Training) certified.

Because Nevada is out of compliance with Federal Law as such relates to human trafficking (18 U.S. Code § 2421A), Nevada "peace officers" cannot be law enforcement, since anytime state law conflicts with federal law, federal law always supersedes ("Supremacy Clause" Article 6, Clause 2 of the United States Constitution), and which has been further upheld by the United States Supreme Court, 1803 Marbury v. Madison ("Any law repugnant to the U.S. Constitution and it's laws is null and void").
