Verstappen had the full support of Red Bull behind him as he powered to a Sprint and Grand Prix victory. Lando Norris equaled his best finishing position by taking second place. Sergio Perez completed a Red Bull 13 despite being almost a pitstop behind his teammate. It was battles all round in both the sprint and the grand prix as Lance Stroll crashed into Daniel Ricciardo at the safety car restart on Sunday, and Charles Leclerc, Carlos Sainz, Fernando Alonso, and Sergio Perez all fought for P3 in the Sprint on Saturday. Kevin Magnussen spun Yuki Tsunoda out of the race and was one of three drivers to receive a 10second time penalty in the race.
