A lowincome family is suing Habitat for Humanity of Greater Vancouver for allegedly breaching an oral contract promising them a path to home ownership. The couple says they signed papers and started paying an interestfree mortgage issued by the nonprofit group, but now fear they may never actually own the property they live in.
