HOMEMADE TUNA HELPER (https://www.tiktok.com/@traziarae/vid...)
Pasta of your choice
Oil
2 tablespoons of butter
2 cans of tuna drained
2 tablespoons of flour
2 1/2 cups of milk
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1 small onion diced
1 head of Broccoli
Garlic fresh
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Tony’s creole seasoning

Start by cooking up your pasta according to the box.
In a large skillet add some oil and sauté your veggies for about 5 minutes, add in the garlic and butter, and cook for about 1 minute.
Sprinkle in the flour and cook for 1 more minute.
Slowly pour in the milk a little at a time and mix, add the cheese, and cook until slightly thickened. About 510 minutes.
Add in the tuna, cooked pasta, and seasonings!
Top with more parmesan and enjoy!
