This was the easiest solid axle swap I have done! I swapped in a 1994 Ford Dana 60 from a F350 into my 1996 F250. All that was required was in unbolting the twin traction beam suspension, and bolting in the F350 suspension components. I used a shackle reversal crossmember from Sky's offroad to get a better riding suspension during the process, but it is not necessary.
