Exposed bass fishing tournament anglers caught on video stringing bass to barge slip. Recently in the Cal Sag Bass Anglers tournament, a tug engineer noticed something suspicious happening at a barge slip. The enginner video'd anglers stringing bass for a local tournament to the slip.
