The new Walmart onn. Google TV/Android TV Box is now available and this tutorial will show you how to expand storage with an OTG cable and USB Drive.

Since the new Walmart onn. Android TV Box only comes with 8GB of storage, there isn't much space left for installed apps once the operating system and preinstalled apps are accounted for. This simple mod will allow you to run applications from a USB drive by expanding internal storage.

It's important that you do not enable USB Debugging in Developer options. If you do, when your device reboots, the USB drive will not load.

As a bonus I will show you how to install the free TROYPOINT Toolbox on the onn. Google TV Box so you can install apps not available in Google Play Store.

This tutorial requires an OTG Cable and USB Drive and you can find the ones that I use linked below.
