Today, I am eating what has become my very favorite burger spot in the Puget Sound: Katsu Burger! I will be trying their Wabi Wasabi Katsu Cheeseburger which consists of a katsu breaded and fried natural beef patty, wasabi mayo, pepper jack cheese, tonkatsu sauce, finely shredded cabbage, onions, and pickles on a deliciously soft and chewy bun that actually holds up well to all of the ingredients packed within. I will also be eating their Pork Banzai Bites, which are katsu breaded and fried pork nuggets, accompanied by one of my favorite dipping sauces of all time, their Miso Honey Mustard. I will also be trying their 12Spice French Fries with Nori Ranch and their signature Kinako & Black Sesame Milkshake, which is an absolute MUST TRY item if you ever get the chance.

Katsu Burger currently has 8 locations spread throughout the Puget Sound and I have a feeling they will be expanding because this is one of the best burger spots anywhere in the country, in my humble opinion. ;)
