Yes people, what's going on. Today's video takes you through my first time ever trying parkour, including all of the cringey beginner things you could possibly do and a few fails.

Turns out as good as a base Gymnastics may be for Parkour some things don't translate naturally, especially the landings. As you guys will soon see. Nevertheless I'll continue to add some PK into the training and i'm sure it'll come along.
