Back in September 2021, I was invited to #CBCCulinaryhouse: a PR getaway event set in the Hamptons in a fancy Airbnb house tucked away at the end of a road somewhere that had terrible cellphone reception.

Let's be honest: I went because I saw goat yoga on the itinerary, but the caviar was a nice bonus. It was nice to finally have a reason to take some PTO. Everyone was PCRtested and vaxxed, and I had a lot of fun eating free food.
