The DP World Tour continues this week with the first Roles Series event of the season as the Emirates Golf Club hosts the Hero Dubai Desert Classic. World Number Two McIlroy is in the field again. He is aiming to become the first fourtime winner of the prestigious event, having begun his 2024 campaign with a runnerup finish at the inaugural Dubai Invitational. Tommy Fleetwood will also be teeing it up again this week. His victory at the Dubai Invitational last week was built upon a consistent campaign in 2023, which saw him register five toptens, including a runnerup finish at the seasonending DP World Tour Championship. Tyrell Hatton will also be in Dubai this week for his season debut. He finished 2023 with three top12’s in his last five events to round of the year. Others to look out for are Nicolai Hojgaard, Francesco Molinari and Ryan Fox.
