Ingredients and preparation:
Today we will prepare a hake

Rub the fish with the spices
Heat a frying pan with oil
Fry the fish on medium heat for 23 minutes on both sides
Set aside some of the vegetables
Lay out the pieces of fish
Cover with the remaining vegetables
Cover and simmer on low heat for 15 minutes

Leave for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes, drain the water and dry the potatoes with paper towels

Preheat a frying pan with oil for frying
The oil must be hot
I divided the potatoes into two portions
Fry the potatoes on high heat for 34 minutes
Then flip and continue frying over low to medium heat until cooked through (710 minutes)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons tomato puree or ketchup

Lay the potatoes out on kitchen paper
The crispy potatoes are ready
