Hey Guys! I included sources to backup my suggestion that being overly harsh with Eugenia probably isn't the best way to go. I have some experience with mental health issues and when people have spoken in a confrontational or negative manner, it never helps, and if they are particularly mean or I'm having a bad day it can make me feel pretty down and not at all motivated to make changes to improve. On the flip side when people speak in an encouraging and kind manner it has made me feel more positive about the possibility of making things better.
I hope that any of you who are feeling concerned about Eugenia and think that "tough love" is the best method, will take into consideration what I said and what is recommended by professionals. Be realistic though, sometimes even when you do all the right things events still don't turn out the way that you intended. All you can really do is try your best and hope that it's enough.
Before I made any videos about Eugenia I did consider that I am not a doctor and don't know for sure if someone can be naturally that thin. I wouldn't want to accuse her of having a problem when she might not have one but from researching online I came to the conclusion something definitely has to be wrong. Having doctors say they think the same, reassures me that I likely came to the correct conclusion.
