1kg Chicken quarter legs

marinating mixture:
3/4 cup of soy sauce
1 small bottle of clear soda (sprite or 7 up)
1/4 cup of vinegar
4 pcs calamansi
5 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp of ketchup
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of ground black pepper

basting sauce:
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of ketchup
1 tsp of cooking oil
1/2 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika

dipping sauce:
calamansi
soy sauce
red chilis
