In this tutorial, we explore key layers to identify underserved regions, including highspeed internet access, schoolaged populations, and lowincome areas. Learn how to overlay map features to reveal clusters of unserved areas by access to highspeed internet and other demographic variables important to your community. Using these features can inform the development of focus areas for targeted interventions to address equity and access disparities.
