Patron was one of the first tequilas that got me excited about the spirit. I think today Patron gets a bad wrap for lacing flavor and being bland, and I definitely got the lightness on the tasting of this. But it did win the best sipping tequila in 2022 from Liquor.com, and I think it is a good sipper. I was pleasantly surprised by the approachability and the overall smoothness. It is easy to sip, but lacks complexity. 7.3 / 10.
