Guys, this DIY woodfired pizza oven makes some DELICIOUS pizza and it's right in our backyard! We built the dome using an exercise ball and a bunch of perlite, poured concrete for the tabletop, laid fire bricks, set posts, and even built a firewood storage area underneath the oven out of cedar.

As you'll see, we had to learn how to do a ton of stuff to complete this project, but even though this project was WAY more complex and time consuming than we originally anticipated, we're incredibly happy with the results. There's nothing quite so satisfying as finishing a HUGE project, and. . . well. . . getting to eat a ton of pizza, too. :)
