Envelope Die Cutting / Embossing Unit (Servo-Driven)
Video is of a upgrade to existing Emboss/Die Cutting station.
Servo controls were added to drive the emboss, allowing for tension control as well as accurate positioning and tracking.
Automatic tension control is added by using a dancer arm (or load cell) and adjusting the motor's speed relative to the input.
Continuour or registered embossing is available.
