Beef Tartare is not exactly the kind of dish you will regularly find in menus of restaurants in China. Eating vegetables or meat raw is not really the way to do it in Chinese food culture. Although Sushi and other raw specialities slowly gain popularity, raw meat is still not always trusted. However, when buying good quality meat it does not matter in which country you make Beef Tartare...it will always turn out to be delicious.
