Steak might as well be one of the easiest western dishes to cook as long as you have a frying pan that works and some good quality beef. However sometimes if you want to spice up a rather uncreative steak, great sauces can do the trick! Even if a steak sauce seems like a more daring task than the steak itself, this video will show you that you do not need to be afraid. Black pepper steak sauce is an alltime classic and for people who are not that much into the peppery deliciousness, this mushroom cream sauce will be a perfect alternative!

Recipe:
500ml Beef stock/broth
1/2 Onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 pcs Bayleaves
50 gr Butter
50 ml Cream

Mushroom Sauce:
100 gr Mushrooms
10 gr Parsley

Black pepper Sauce:
10 gr Mustard (Dijon)
30 ml Red Wine
20 gr of Black Pepper
