牛里脊200g200g beef tenderloin
猪肉糜200g200g minced pork
胡萝卜30g细丁30g chopped carrot
鸡蛋1个1 egg
面粉12大勺12 tbsp flour
姜泥1/2小勺1/2 tsp chopped ginger

洋葱130g细丁130g chopped onion
番茄丁罐头250g250g canned tomatoes
番茄膏1大勺1 tbsp tomato paste

叉烧猪软骨
猪软骨400g400g pork cartilage
叉烧酱3大勺3 tbsp barbecued Sauce
姜片2片2 slices of ginger
葱段10cm10 cm leek segments

酒酿三文鱼
三文鱼400g400g salmon
酒酿2大勺2 tbsp Jiuniangfermented rice
生抽2大勺2 tbsp light soysauce
盐1小撮pinch of salt
蜂蜜1大勺1 tbsp honey

香菇肉燥

干香菇8朵8 dried shiitake mushrooms

杏鲍菇丁100g100g diced pleurotus eryngii
罐头玉米50g50g canned corn
毛豆仁50g50g shelled edamame
