Hello, it’s been a really long time. For a few years, I’ve been having difficulties trying to cope with a specific pain. At first it lasted only 2~3 days a months, but ever since I had COVID earlier this year, it lasted all month long… It was really difficult to cope with. It’s also why I wasn’t able to upload much this year.

My doctor suggested tried a treatment, although it promised nothing, but it didn’t work for me and I spent a few months in a worse condition. I guess time was the medicine, and my pain is starting to get better and I was able to film again. Good health really is the best gift. I wish all of you good health.

Today’s video has the simplest and best recipes I had been making recently. Oyster stew, Fire Chicken bibimudon and tomato Dry curry: all these three dishes are so simple, I hope you all try them! I stumbled upon the oyster stew on my Instagram feed, and though I’m not much of an oyster fan, I tried it and it was delicious. I really recommend it.
