On 12/2/17, Norfolk Southern train H76 made it's usual run up the Portland Secondary in Eastern PA and Western NJ with a loaded train and 4 older EMD's of SD402's and GP38's. With the tricky layout of the line, the train almost always ends up in full throttle as it tries to battle a 2% grade at Martins Creek, PA. Here, the train is seen heading into Martins Creek and then battling the hill as it tries to make it to the DelawareLackawanna interchange at Portland, PA. Turn up the speakers as you listen to these old EMDs roar.
