In this video, I add a chart showing worm bin common bedding materials to one of my earlier videos on worm bin critters. This chart shows the absorbability of materials, which will greatly influence the availability of those carbon sources to the microbes and the worms. In addition to the information I provide in my earlier video, I show the importance of worm bin critters and the role they play in the carbon to nitrogen ratio in a worm bin.
