Ellie accidentally destroys Charlotte's Lego tower with her crane's wrecking ball. Despite her good intentions, Ellie continues to cause chaos at Uncle Jim's store and the post office, using the wrong attachments for her crane. In each scenario, Ellie tries to help but ends up creating more mess, much to everyone's dismay.

However, things take a turn when Uncle Roy helps Ellie understand the importance of using the right tools for the job. He explains how each attachment has a specific purpose, like a wrecking ball for demolition and a claw for grabbing things. With this new knowledge, Ellie successfully helps Uncle Roy lift a heavy box with the correct crane hook.

Empowered by her newfound understanding, Ellie revisits her previous messes. She astounds Uncle Jim by expertly stacking cans at his store and amazes Charlotte by helping rebuild the Lego tower more efficiently. In the end, Ellie learns that with the right tools and a bit of guidance, she can be a great help and an awesome crane operator!
