Today I will show you how to make easy smoked salmon the Mastablendz way. I will be using a pellet smoke but the results can turn out the same on any grill if you can maintain 275 degrees Fahrenheit. This recipe is super easy and will having everyone asking you where did you buy it from. Below are the ingredients.
Ingredients:
(2.5 4.lbs.) Salmon
(2 tbsp) Rib Rack Seafood Spice Rub
(2 tbsp) Red Lobster Seafood Seasoning
( 2 tbsp) Kingsford Lemon Pepper Seasoning
(1 tbsp) Coarse Sea Salt
Honey for glaze
1 Lemon or Lime
Pellets of your choice. I used Hickory Blend.
Temp : 275 Degrees Fahrenheit
