EL PASO, TEXAS, USA Welcome to Mexico! Huh? Ok, this is part 4 of my 2022 Mexico series, but while staying in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua (the previous video), I decided to head across the Mexico/US border over to El Paso, Texas, primarily to compare and contrast both sides of the border in the US and Mexico, and secondarily to sarcastically stick knives in those who constantly highlight Mexico as being DANGEROUS or not SAFE, purely because those saying that are white, western, English speakers. Considering the 2019 El Paso Walmart shooting, the question is, IS THE USA SAFE?

We check out some things to do in El Paso such as Hotel Paso del Norte and it's spectacular early 1900s Dome Bar, with its Tiffany Dome and Titanicesque decor, St Patrick's Cathedral, Coffee Box, streetcars, Las Plazas District, the Office District, the main shopping street across the border, San Jacinto Plaza and in general, the Downtown area. As someone who appreciates 70s/80's modern US skyscraper architecture, I loved El Paso!

I also cover my experience at the Mexico to USA border crossing. Is it a place solely for illegal immigration? I have done an overland Mexico to US crossing before, but 17 years ago in Tijuana/San Diego. It was an interesting and vastly contrasting experience depending on the direction!

If you're thinking of embarking on Mexico Travel in 2022, my channel is a good place to start. I've been to 22 states and (nowadays) visit some more lesscommon states in northern Mexico such as Chihuahua, Durango, Sinaloa and so on. Plus the more common classics like Guanajuato, Mexico City and more if you're into more of the expats in Mexico or moving to Mexico business! (not my thing!)
