MEETING PREPARATION
Ban update meetings (this is the number one time waster)
Prep documentation in advance
Have a meeting box (have supplies at your finger tips)

MEETING
Arrive early to set up the meeting
Use tools so participants know whats expected (Meeting Rules / Time Outs / Parking Lots)
Summarize action items at end of meeting

POST MEETING
Send meeting summary within 24 hours of meeting
