Ecoflow Delta Pro Ultra Solar Not Working Malfunction Customer Submission

Bought the Ecoflow Delta Pro Ultra in February. initially the battery was working ok, except for the HV port would not read my 570w panels, even if I only had 2 panels connected in a series. The monitor would read that the panels were plugged in and imputing wattage, however the monitor would show error code 479 in red lettering and the wattage would stop imputing. Wattage input would right itself and the machine would restart inputting wattage on its own sometimes, but the wattage input from the 570w panels would be intermittent and mostly not inputting during the day.

So I set the 570w panels in series on the LV (low voltage) port and that did work. I set up six 195w panels in series on the HV (high voltage) port and that also worked.

However, when I bought a new battery and hooked the new battery to the old battery and inverter, the system became intermittent on both the LV set up and the HV set up. Then later neither after I went back to a single batter set up, neither the original battery or new battery would register that solar was even plugged in.

I contacted ecoflow and they asked to to upload a video of the problem. Ecoflow has been very nice and hopefully a solution can be found. This is a cool machine, I just want it to work for what I need. If anyone has any suggestions, please write it in the comments
