Our client in Carlisle had a 25+ year old air handler and AC condensing unit with a hydronic heating coil that had failed. We removed the old system and furnished and installed a new high efficient Ecoer 4 ton Heat pump system complete with a back up hydronic heat coil to kick in when temperatures are below 30ºF outside air temperature. This will give our client the ability to have the most efficient means available at any temperature New England can throw at them. While still qualifying for all available MassSave rebates. We also include with most all installs a high capacity Air bear filter cabinet to make filter changes easy. Also included is a Ecobee Pro WiFi smart thermostat with room sensors to be able to sense the temperatures in different rooms and balance out the hot and cold spots that can occur throughout different rooms so there is no more huge temperature difference, all the rooms served by this unit will have much more even temperatures.
