Let me show you how to make jelly with dandelions. Preserving your backyard foraging finds is so rewarding. This jelly is delicious. It's often called poor man's honey for its delicious honey like flavor.

Dandelion Jelly

4 cups dandelion flowers
4 cups water
4 cups sugar
1 packet original Sure Jell

Bring water and dandelions to a boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and steep for 30 minutes. Add pectin and bring to boil. Add sugar and bring back to boil for 1 minute.
