This breakfast recipe is delicious and very healthy for weight loss! This breakfast will keep you full for a long time. This is healthy, easy and delicious food for weight loss. This is helping me to lose weight without feeling hungry. I am also doing low carb high protein lunch and dinner. Snack two/three fruits like apple orange a day. Trying to lose this winter weight :) and this is helped me to lose 8lb in 7 days. Some days i change the greens to a pesto or just spinach instead of green mix.

simple stuff you can add more or less but basically these are the ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
green mix for salad
onion
garlic
salt
pepper
red flakes
eggs
hot sauce
