It’s Seattle Restaurant Week! For two weeks, diners can explore Seattle’s local food scene, through curated menus for a fixed price.

Among those restaurants is Anchovies and Salt, located in Renton and dubbed the largest Vietnamese restaurant outside of Vietnam. Its owner Quyen Phan joined ARC Seattle, to talk about what makes his restaurant so unique, the history of Vietnamese cuisine in America, and what it’s offering for Seattle Restaurant Week.
