I found a bunch of EasyBoots on eBay, dirt cheap because the back strap was broken, and they had a rivet holding the washer in place that was permanent. I purchased a strap replacement kit (2005 and newer) for the same size of boot for about $10. The rivet was easy to drill out, the washer hole was resized and PRESTO, I have a fully functional EasyBoot for pennies on the dollar. NOTE: I was so focused on making the video, I didn’t notice the “teeth” were facing the wrong way, it needed to be facing the hoof to grip the hoof. It was easy to take the screws out and flip it over.
