Learn how to prepare a fantastic SMOKED BONELESS LEG OF LAMB on ANY smoker, whether it's a Pit Boss, Traeger, or a charcoal or electric smoker. First, we season the leg of lamb with a garlic and rosemary marinade. Then we'll set up our Pit Boss Pro Series pellet grill with a pellet tube for extra smoke flavor to smoke the lamb. While its cooking we'll show you how to prepare a simple but delicious red wine and shallot reduction sauce. Finally, we'll turn up the heat to sear the outside of the lamb before resting and slicing!
