Easy recipe for custard cream u0026 steamed cakes | No oven! No egg whisk! Everybody can make it!

• Ingredients: Mayonnaise
Egg yolks 3, 0:27,
Milk 250 grams, 0:27,
White granular sugar 30 grams, 0:32,
Corn starch 30 grams, 0:35,
Butter 20 grams, 0:49,
• Blend these ingredients to be even, heat it on low heat till it gets sticky, let cool and blend it for 3 mins with an egg whisk. Then put it in a jar and keep it in the freezer. It goes perfectly with bread and cakes.
• Ingredients: steamed cakes.
Egg white of 3 eggs, 1:26,
A whole egg, 1:32,
Milk 100 grams, 1:36,
White granular sugar 80 grams, 1:39,
Corn oil 30 grams, 1:41,
Lemon juice a little bit, 1:44,
Lowprotein flour, 150 grams, 1:58,
Baking powder, 5 grams, 2:02,
• Blend the above ingredients to be even. Blend it for a bit longer, then put it in small bowls. Heat the water to be boiling in advance. Steam the cakes for 18 mins on medium heat, turn out the heat and keep the cakes in the pot for another 5 mins. Then take them out of the pot and let cool. Put some powdered milk on it and it will be more tasty.
