MEAT LOAF RECIPE
1 egg
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 beefy onion soup mix packet
12 lb ground beef
mix together all of the ingredients well with your hands. form the meat into a loaf shape and place on the bottom of your crockpot. you can line the crockpot with foil or just spray with nonstick spray first. top with 1/4 cup butter and cook on low for 8 hours.

SOUTHWESTERN CHICKEN TACOS
12 lb chicken thighs or breast
1 taco seasoning packet
1 cup salsa
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 chopped onion
lay down the chicken on the bottom of the crockpot. place the ingredients on top of the chicken and cook on high for 4 hours. shred the chicken when it is done and place on corn or flour tortillas. top with cilantro, red cabbage, sour cream and lime.

DR PEPPER ROAST
34 lb chuck roast
1 can dr pepper
1 stick of butter
garlic and onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
place the roast on the bottom of the crockpot. season and top with butter. pour the soda on top of the roast and cook on low for 810 hours. shred when it is done and enjoy on a bed of rice or buttered noodles.

HAWAIIAN BBQ SANDWICHES
12 lb chicken breast or thighs
garlic powder/onion powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 stick of butter
1 chopped onion
12 cups of pineapple juice
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp worcestershire
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup ketchup
place the chicken on the bottom of the crockpot and season. top with chopped onion and butter. in a separate bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients well and pour over the chicken. cook on low for 68 hours. shred with two forks when it is done and enjoy on buns. top with prepared cole slaw for an added pop of flavor.
