Easy ways to make the best oatmeal flavors even healthier, more balanced, and a little more interesting!

These oatmeal recipes are made more balanced (so they’re not just carbs and sugar) with all of the food groups (like protein, healthy fats, whole carbs and fiber) and are perfect for a nutritious breakfast… or for whenever you like to enjoy a bowl of oatmeal.

All these recipes are also glutenfree, dairyfree, and vegan hope you enjoy! :)

brown sugar maple: roughly 300 calories with toppings (1 tsp maple syrup and 1 tsp brown sugar)

magic blueberry: roughly 210 calories without toppings, 250 calories with toppings (1/4 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt, 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, lemon juice and lemon zest)

caramel date: roughly 480 calories with 3 medjool dates, 410 calories with 2 medjool dates

creamy banana: roughly 280 calories without toppings, 390 calories with toppings (1/8 cup almond milk and 1/8 cup chopped walnuts)

apple cinnamon: roughly 310 calories without toppings, roughly 410 calories with extra toppings (1 tbsp of peanut butter or almond butter)

double chocolate: roughly 220 calories without toppings (includes 2 tsp maple syrup and 2 tsp cocoa powder), 250 calories without toppings (includes 3 tsp maple syrup and 3 tsp cocoa powder), and 330 calories with toppings (1/4 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt and 15g dark chocolate pieces)

strawberries + cream: roughly 300 calories with toppings (1/4 cup light coconut milk and cooked strawberries), and 290 calories with toppings (1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut yogurt and cooked strawberries)
