Whilst the core elements surrounding this notorious bodybuilding meal are spot on, you dont have to restrict yourself to this meal alone. Within todays video I am showcasing two of my go to meals, these being a healthy chicken pasta recipe and a simple burrito bowl recipe.
Being an advocate for clean eating, I find meal prepping an easy way to eat healthy. If you go into your meal prepping session with the intent of eating healthy for the week, you're halfway there to achieving it. You just have to make sure to make your meal prep delicious.
