Eggs for breakfast keeps me full! Alright so let's get into making these fluffy hot steamed eggs
In a mixing bowl add
4 eggs
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
mixmixmix avoid too many air bubbles, then add
1 cup water. Mix until combined
Divide into 4 heatsafe cups.
In a large pot, fill with water so that it comes halfway up the cups sides holding the egg mixture. Bring to a soft boil. When it starts to steam, drop in the 4 cups, bring it back to a soft medium boil, cover, and steam 58 minutes until the eggs set.
When the eggs become slightly opaque, add the toppings of your choice. Here I use
Green onions & Sesame seeds
Broccoli & Cheddar Cheese
Red Bell Pepper & Kale
Chopped Kimchi
Close the lid, steam 58 more minutes, or until custardy and jiggly smooth, like silken tofu!
Enjoy!
